DO I NEED REFERRAL FROM MY DOCTOR?
No referral necessary. We welcome patients with or without a doctors referral.
IS THERE ARE ANY PARKING FACILITY AVAILABLE?
No worries, There is free underground parking at 225 Webb Drive.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM MY FIRST VISIT?
At your first visit you should bring your Doctor’s referral if you have one, medical information and insurance details. We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time, so that you can fill out the intake form. Once you fill out your forms, you will be lead to the Assessment Room where your Physiotherapist will perform a thorough assessment of your injuries, perform some special orthopaedic tests, determine a treatment plan and explain you in detail about your condition and the treatment. Assessment will be followed by the treatment session.
IS BILLING TO INSURANCE COMPANIES IS A COMPLICATED PROCEDURE?
Physiotherapy is covered by extended health care benefit. Our experienced administrative staff will help to bill the insurance company. All documents, invoices can be submitted to the insurance company from our clinics. You will receive the cheque in next 2-3 weeks from your respective insurance company.
IS YOUR PHYSIOTHERAPIST AND OTHER HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS REGISTERED?
Yes, our physiotherapist is registered with college of physiotherapist of Ontario. All our health care professional are licensed and well experienced.
HOW LONG WILL BE MY PHYSIOTHERAPY SESSION?
Each physiotherapy session last for 45- 50 minutes. We recommend that you arrive 5-7 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
